This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of your personal data that we need access to if you want to use congrapp and/or want to place an order via the congrapp Platform. Congrapp is responsible for the processing of your personal data and considers your privacy important. We therefore adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing your personal data.
What is congrapp?

What data does congrapp collect and process?
We record your data when you create or update an account. These are data that you provide to us on your registration. This information is necessary for the use of the app, the execution of an order and the payment thereof. However, while using the app, you will remain in full control of what you share with other users. You can always see who you've shared your birthday with and can also delete it. If you decide to delete your account, all such data will be deleted unless you expressly authorize the users with whom you have shared the information to continue to use it. If you have any questions after reading this page, please let us know via our online contact form. Congrapp will react to this as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

Receiving and sending congrapp invitations to and from your friends goes through WhatsApp.

Customer service
When contacting our customer service, we will use the information you provide to answer your question or resolve your complaint. These are the following data (where applicable) to the contact:

We are continually improving our services. Therefore, we may use your data to ask you if you want to participate in a free customer or market research. Sometimes external agencies carry out that research for us. We give the relevant party your email address. They must, of course, also adhere to our privacy rules. For example, your email address must be deleted after the investigation has been completed and congrapp has ensured that your data is processed in a secure manner. Of course, you can always choose to never receive these kinds of requests.

Reporting marketing
We also process data to send you (personalized) marketing messages. We share news, discounts and new partner updates and loyalty programs, regardless of the form in which we divide them (for example, as e-mail or push message). If you want to change the preferences regarding receiving these messages, you can unsubscribe via the link in the relevant message or in the Settings app on your phone. If you want to receive marketing messages, you can opt-in through our app. You can always unsubscribe via the link in the relevant message or in the settings of your phone.

Finally, we also process data that you provide to us indirectly. Congrapp uses cookies for functional, analytical and marketing purposes. The functional cookies are necessary for the use of the website. The information is as follows:

The data from the analytical and marketing cookies are not linked to the other data that you provide during the ordering process. We refer to our Cookie statement for more information about cookies.

We also process some of the above data to prevent fraud and misuse. It is the following data that is retained:

Analysis
We also use data to meet our reporting obligations towards advertisers and to improve our platform. We ensure that reports do not contain any identifiable information.

Age
Congrapp is not aimed at persons under 16 years of age and we also do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age. However, We cannot check if a visitor is over 16 years of age. To be allowed to create an account you must be 16 years of age or older. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, so as to prevent the collection of data from children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at help@congrapp.com. We will then delete this data. Congrapp will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

Share with partners
Congrapp provides your data (name, address details, mobile number and order > email address?) to the partners where you place orders so that they can deliver your order. You are the direct customer of the partner and the partner therefore bears a responsibility and their own obligations for the processing of your personal data. Our partners may only use your data for administrative purposes and to handle the transaction. Access, correction and deletion of your personal data
You have the right to view, correct or remove any information we collect about you. If you are convinced that we will process your personal data for no reason or that we process personal data that you consider to be irrelevant to our platform, you can contact us. Congrapp takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. Change of the Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement can be changed. These changes are made known via the app or the website (user conditions also via email!). We therefore advise you to regularly read the Privacy Statement for any changes. The latest version of the Privacy Statement is from August 2020.
